What do you check after a rejection?

Why does a correct string still get rejected?
600BS is 5 characters: 3 digits, then 2 letters, no spaces. The classic misses are a copy-paste with an invisible trailing space, the letter O instead of the digit 0, lowercase where the form keeps uppercase, and an autocorrect that “fixes” the string into a word. Typing the 5 characters by hand kills all 4 traps at once. If the form re-prints the row empty after submit, the string was never in the field — that is a hidden-row problem, not a rejection.

Wrong string: voucher, booking or referral

Deposit landed, bonus did not — what now?
Keep the deposit ID, the registration summary and the bonus status. Then use official support inside the account. This site cannot credit a bonus.
Why “just register again” is the worst move: clause 13.6 of the General Terms (read logged-out, 2026-08-31) allows one account per client. Any further account is a “backup” the operator may close — with the right to invalidate its operations, demand repayment of winnings and bonuses taken through it, and not return the deposits made from either account. A rejected promo field is an evidence case, not a reason to gamble the balance you already funded.
