Why does the game not count at 100%?

Why did a settled sport slip count as zero?
Sport on this welcome is one qualifying bet at odds 3.0 or more, not three roll-overs and not every football ticket. A live bet, a void, or cashing out early can leave the progress bar exactly where it was.
What to check, in order
- Confirm a bonus is attached. Open Bonuses in the account. If nothing is active, wagering progress is not the problem — the bonus never attached.
- Open Bonus details and find Wager. The remaining number follows that line. On the first-deposit cards it is x30. If yours prints something else, yours wins.
- See which balance you used. Your own cash and bonus money are not the same pot. The General Terms (read 2026-08-31) make the order explicit: bonus funds only start wagering after the real balance is fully depleted, and any unsettled real-money bet blocks bonus wagering until it settles.
